WALL CALENDARS, 2019-on

It’s pleasantly low-pressure to work on a roll of paper with a ballpoint on a wall in your house. It’s not archival, or of practical use to anyone but yourself, and in this disposability there’s a freedom and invitation to develop new marks or imagery.

It’s also a nice way to collect information, and encode memory— as a series of documents, these can describe ‘fallow’ periods or busy ones, healthy ones and sick ones.
